1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

You must include a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Return authorization is required prior to sending any item back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit only.

A store credit code will be sent to your email.
Note: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
3. Sale Items
All items purchased at a discount or marked as final sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange for the same item, please follow these steps:

5. Shipping Instructions for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your store credit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

CACHE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
