Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier.

    Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or special releases.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local customers can choose free in-store pickup at our Minneapolis location during checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

To collect your order, you must present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, CACHE offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our consignment and collectible products, CACHE does not accept returns or exchanges.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cachempls.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or if an item was incorrectly listed or unavailable at the time of purchase.

Orders

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website at cachempls.com, in-store at our Minneapolis location, or through our verified eBay and Grailed accounts.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please contact contact@cachempls.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash and contactless payments. All transactions are processed securely.

How do I know if my order went through?

After completing checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.

Why was my order canceled or refunded?

Orders may be canceled or refunded if an item is unavailable, does not meet our condition standards, or is suspected to be fraudulent. If this occurs, you’ll receive a full refund and an email notification.

How can I view my order history?

You can log in to your CACHE account to view your order history, track shipments, and see past purchases. If you checked out as a guest, you can reference your confirmation email for details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If a wrong shipping address is entered, contact CACHE immediately so we can cancel the order and allow you to place a new one. For security and logistical reasons, we do not switch or update shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

Products

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Every product sold by CACHE—whether online, in-store, on eBay, or Grailed—is 100% authentic. All items are carefully verified by our in-house team before being listed.

How do you grade the condition of products?

CACHE classifies products as either Brand New or Pre-Owned. If you would like additional photos of a specific product, contact us at contact@cachempls.com or by phone at (612) 963-6252, and we’ll provide detailed images before you make a purchase.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Due to the collectible and consignment nature of our inventory, restocks are not guaranteed.

Can I reserve a product before purchase?

We do not hold or reserve products. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a product, complete your purchase through our website. If you are local, you can use in-store pickup at checkout.

Do you provide product care or cleaning advice?

Yes! Many of our products come with care instructions in the product description. For further guidance, contact contact@cachempls.com or call (612) 963-6252, and we’ll provide tips to help maintain your items.

Can I authenticate a product I purchased elsewhere through CACHE?

Generally, uur authentication services are only available for products purchased directly through CACHE or consigned with us. For a fee, CACHE can authenticate your third-party purchases.
